Questions
- Is it per person?
- No. A household is one price however many people live there, so adding a roommate never costs more.
- Do tenants pay anything if their landlord is on roomkind?
- No. A unit on a landlord plan is covered, and tenants get the full app. Their landlord sees lease details and who lives there, but nothing they share with each other.
- Could a landlord plan ever cost more than separate household plans?
- No. Your first 3 units cost the same $10 each, so a duplex pays what two households would. Every unit after that is $3, and the price per unit keeps falling as you add more.
- Do vacant units count?
- Yes, a landlord plan counts every unit you manage. If you stop managing a vacant unit, it's removed and stops counting.
- What about right now?
- roomkind is free during early access. We'll tell you before paid plans begin, and you won't be charged unless you agree.
